位置非常不錯，在碼頭附近，往市中心和景點走路非常近，吃飯也方便。酒店環境和服務挺不錯，早餐味道也可以。有個小驚喜就是我並未提過是ihg會員，但事後居然給我300多積分，雖然不多，但足以體現誠意。另外，我終於明白什麼叫無障礙房，搞了半天是殘疾人房，差點鬧笑話🤣

酒店位置距離Liverpool Lime Street station有點遠。要行二十分鐘。距離Liverpool one也要15分鐘路程。 但去海邊的景點也比較方便。 房內有廚房及廚具。設施也十分齊全整潔。酒店有洗衣乾衣設備。 早餐一般。熱食只有四款行貨。 應該唔會再選擇住。

Stayed here for 4 nights in the weekend. 15 minutes of walk from Liverpool One and other City Centre Exhuberance, let alone the River Bank right on the doorstep. The kitchen is a pleasant surprise too.

Just got back disappointed overall as it had great recommendations room was dated and bit grubby holes in headboard black stains on carpet no where to sit for breakfast as all taken wouldn’t book to stay there again probably 6 out of 10

We had stayed in a Staybridge Hotel in London, which is why we chose to stay in this one in Liverpool. I have to say that although the staff were great (very friendly and helpful), the London branch was better. The room was very well appointed and comfy, but I nearly stabbed my foot on a nail, so maybe a bit more attention to cleaning is needed. The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic. They seemed to run out of food very quickly and not quite on top of replenishing food or clearing tables. On the last morning, it looked as if they only had one member of staff there - he was lovely and really trying, bless him, but they need more staff at breakfast! Overall, it was a good experience, but there are a few aspects that could be improved.

I’m so glad we booked here! The front desk service was super friendly and they even had a free wine and cheese night! The room was spacious and clean. It’s an easy walk into the city center. You have to pay extra for parking but they reduce it with a voucher
